I wrote a book called “God is a Woman: Dating Disasters,” re-living my various misadventures with women as a touring comedian, then offering advice about what I learned after each story. Next thing I know, I’m getting questions from as far away as Sweden and Nigeria, I’m an expert for Lifetime, the book is being translated into Russian and is a top 500 bestseller, the book has been #1 in humor and #1 in relationships on various charts, and I have a column “Lunch is Not a Date” in a few local Chicago magazines. I taught myself web design so I could reach a larger audience with the column. That’s all there is to it.
